muter2 gak karuan di malam hari.. trus inget, Empere XXI baru buka! daripada dengerin lagu g’ jelas diradio, mending nonton.
Yang jadi sasaran adalah.. Confessions of a Shopaholic, yg diangkat dari novel chicklit Sophie Kinsela, aku lupa ceritanya gemana.. dah lama banget sejak kubaca chicklit itu..
hmm.. actually it’s a shame that Shopaholic release now when financial crisis nearly upsidedown the world. i mean.. with all the ‘label’ there, shoping almost in to my “taboo things to do” list. =.=
I must say that.. Shopaholic surprisingly refreshing ^.^
at first i thouhgt Shopaholic is just another fashionablewomenwhocancharmhotbosshappilyeverafter movie, but after spending 20minutes, i lost my cynical.. hehe.
I like this movie as much as i like whipped cream. so light, fun, entertaining. I laughed, a lot. Isla Fisher is so funny, beautiful, smart, and most of all she doesn’t have the b*tch long leg. thx god. Joan Cusack, she’s the best. she really share the hilarious chemistry, it’s really good for the movie. Oh the best point is.. the ‘manekin talk’. it’s fun to laugh at the store skeletons that disdain people who buy their wares.
like a said before, is a light movie, made to entertaint, with no ’serious’ problem involved oh, i don’t see $16.000 debt with tons of glamourous shoes is a problem :p.
But, Shopaholic still have a small place to share a lesson.

too bad it just like a whisper.. doesn’t really give u the ‘real’ lesson actually. i still love shopping, ^.^;
Overall… with all of it’s positive and negative.. i still want to watch the movie once more.

I’ve read the book and i don’t really like it. Just another romantic teen lit novel, nothing special.
despite my disappointed, i thought i’ll bear to watch the movie since all girls seems nagging about that, well, in fact, i was so curious how far Robert Pattinson’s charm can affect me. So when one of my precious friend asked me to, i happily said ok, i’m in.
After spending the whole two hours, i must say.. i’m still disappointed. Edward didn’t charm me as much as i want it, to bad. Twilight is just another teenager romantic drama trying to be ‘different’ by adding some dark mysterious genre, but it failed, dramaticaly.
I didn’t get the chemistry between edward-bella; the cast almost bored me; repeated scene; identical dialogue; ordinary acting; ordinary plot. Oh i must point out, the vampire supposed to be pale, and being pale doesn’t mean u just have to put a mass of white powder in your face, it reeaalllyyy doesn’t work, u looked fake, made by plastic, ridiculous rather than frightening (well, creepy in a way). And I admire vampire with fangs! But they don’t have one.. mah they have a glittery skin with a perfect hairdone and a luxury sport cars anyway.. ugh!
But of course it’s not that bad. it is, i’m trying to be nice here. I like the music score, that’s the only thing i enjoyed about, it revive the atmosphere, repair the mood. Oh, the view! It’s amazingly beautiful, great setting. The movie much better than the book (for a moment made me want to continue reading the series) and edward is so gentle, i wonder is there’s a human as gentleman as vampire?
It’s a teenager movie, presented to mesmerize the teens, thanks God i’m not a teenager anymore so don’t blame me for not joining the club.

Nonton kali ini bener-bener tak terencanakan. Pas lewat 21, da poster-nya terpajang. Yatta! Langsung masuk deh.
Berbeda dengan seri sebelumnya, seri kali ini bisa dibilang merupakan kelanjutan dari Casino Royale. Vesper yang mati di Casino Royale jadi salah satu cerita inti di 007 kali ini. Sebenernya minatku pada Bond agak surut setelah Craig Daniel gantiin posisi Brosnan. Kok kayaknya Craig kurang pas.. terlalu dingin. Oh, aku kangen ma senyumnya Brosnan.
Tentang filmnya. Gak bisa dinafikan, 007 harus menyuguhkan aksi yang diluar kebiasaan. Actionnya dua jempol, aksi darat, laut, udara, lengkap. Bisa dibayangin deh ya gemana…satu orang bisa ngalahin sepasukan penjahat. Satu orang bisa selamat dari pertarungan sengit, loncat-loncat diatap, perkelaian tangan kosong, ledakan dahsyat. Seperti biasa.
Harus kuakui aksinya emang keren. Tapi.. plot ceritanya.. gak menarik. Coba ngangkat isu global warning disini, tapi gak pas. Green Peace bakalan nangis ngeliat kelakuan Bond yang bolak-balik UK ke Italy ke Bolivia ke Austria, balik ke Italy, nyebrang ke Haiti and akhirnya ke Russia.
Keberadaan dua cewek seksi, Camille dan Fields, terlalu dipaksakan. Aku g’ nangkep apa fungsinya Ms.Fields selain jadi cewek pemuas dahaga Bond, sory.
Oh, satu kekecewaan terbesarku. G’ ada ucapan “the name’s Bond, James Bond”

Phuih.. aku harus antri 2jam buat dapetin tiketnya! gila.. apa boleh buat, cuman ada satu 21 diJogja, poor us. Untungnya tetep dapet seat terbaik, go me!
Baiklah, apa pendapatku tentang film ini?
indah.
mm.. kita tau ceritanya emang dahsyat, itu point penting.
Tapi mari kita ngomongin filmnya ajah.. akting anak-anak laskar pelangi patut diacungi jempol! mereka lucu-lucu, unik. Dialek daerahnya juga sempurna, dan favoritku adalah keindahan alamnya.. keren. Selipan-selipan humor-nya seger! bener-bener bisa ketawa lepas, humor sederhana yang menyegarkan. Setiap frame-nya juga berhasil ngebawa makna sendiri-sendiri. Dimenit-menit awal aku dah pengen nangis coba… but i survive, karena ternyata tidak sesedih yang kubayangkan.
negatifnya? mm… aku kok sempet berasa bosen yah? ada beberapa scene yang menurutku kurang penting.. trus alurnya juga lambat,.. mungkin karena ini film keluarga? jadi dibikinnya ringan..
Bagus ni ditonton bareng siapa aja, banyak pelajaran yang bisa didapet.

satu kata buat film ini >> Berlebihan.
aku tahu yang namanya film memang tidak realistis, tapi ini keterlaluan, ngebikin ku mengernyit dan geleng2 kpala (yg didukung ma org disebelahku) “gila ni gak mungkin banget!!”.
ceritanya juga standar dan tertebak, dipertengahan film aku dah tahu ada apa sebenernya dibalik fraternity. selain itu ending-nya aneh, terlalu dipaksakan. begitu kredit film muncul, aku ternganga “hah?? cuman gitu?” kecewa aku. Oh, beware of strong bloody violance, pervasive language and some sexuality.
well, itu negatifnya. tapi so far aku suka adegan2 action-nya, pengambilan gambar, cuting setiap frame, music scorenya juga pas. alur ceritanya juga unik dan cepet. yang paling menarik adalah.. Angelina Jolie tentu saja. Gosh, dia tu beneran cantik yah, nice body, and definetelly nice tatoo. kayaknya Jolie dipasang difilm ini cuman sebagai pancingan publicity aja deh. siapa yang bisa tahan ma angelina jolie dengan senapan otomatis?
aku terlalu berharap lebih buat film ini, i’d like to say: “enough already with slow motion!”.
